At the Romanian Tech Startups Association, we are looking for volunteers who are passionate and eager to bring about change, just like you.
We want to offer you the opportunity to learn what a startup really means, how to run an incubation and acceleration process for startups, but especially to contribute to the growth of the startup ecosystem nationally.
The current team already includes people with strong values, dreamers, founders, with successes and failures, and we want to share our experience with you.

Job descriptions

Junior Project Manager

  • assists the project manager in coordinating and managing projects;
  • helps solve problems that arise and proposes solutions to improve projects;
  • constantly monitors and reports status updates;
  • organizes, prepares and updates project documentation;
  • keeps in touch with partners and beneficiaries;
  • manages the budget and related financial operations, under the supervision of the finance department;
  • ensures optimal project promotion;
  • collaborates with the support departments in order to prepare the project evaluation reports.

Marketing & PR Assistant

  • assists the marketing manager in coordinating and managing marketing projects;
  • is involved in online/offline advertising campaigns;
  • evaluates and reports the results of the marketing strategy;
  • contributes to the development of promotional materials such as articles, press releases, etc.;
  • proposes and implements activities to increase the interaction with different audiences for web and social media;
  • prospects the market to identify new ways and opportunities for promotion;
  • helps to manage the external communication of the organization with various entities;
  • responds to community partners who ask us for help.

Research Assistant

  • prospects the market of technology startups;
  • conducts market research and summarizes the results;
  • prepares research reports;
  • maps the ecosystem of technology startups.

Workshops and Events Assistant

  • contacts participants and is responsible for their registration process;
  • develops and updates the database of participants;
  • manages the relationship with the participants during the event;
  • performs follow-up after the end of the event;
  • collaborates with the trainer, the logistics department and makes sure that everything goes according to the plan.

Fundraiser 

  • creates project budgets under the guidance of the members of the Board of Directors;
  • contacts individuals and companies in order to obtain funding;
  • runs fundraising campaigns with the marketing team;
  • establishes and participates in meetings with leads;
  • collaborates with the marketing team for the implementation of the campaigns carried out by the organization.

Junior Partnerships Manager

  • identifies possible collaborators (organizations and individuals);
  • maintains relations with partners;
  • solves various situations that arise in relation to partners.

Junior Web & Graphic designer

  • creates promotional materials according to the visual identity of the organization: graphic materials, photo editing, event mockups, etc .;
  • collaborates with the marketing department for the development of visuals;
  • proposes solutions to improve the design and optimization of the site.
